Satisfaction Guarantee
We love the products we've made, and we think you will too. However, if you're unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 60 days of the date of purchase to request a return authorization and full refund. Please note that this policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website, www.geritol.com, or one of our authorized sellers in the United States. If you did not purchase your product from us, we ask that you first contact the retailer from which you purchased your product to inquire about its return policy. If your retailer is unable to address your concerns, please contact us.
Please note that because we are
unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Satisfaction Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United
States.
Please allow 10 to 15 days for refunds. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, products returned after 60 days or shipping charges. The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for one per person.
For a full refund on your products (not including shipping), please complete the following steps within 60 days of the date of purchase:
1. Contact us to get a Return Authorization Number. You can also reach us by phone at 1-855-874-0970 or email at hello@geritol.com during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You may be asked to provide other information to assist us in processing your request.
2. Mail all containers (opened or unopened) to:

3. Include a copy of your order invoice or proof of purchase. If you do not have a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase, please include your name, phone number, email and any additional information about your order.
4. Please note you are responsible for costs of return shipping, and we recommend using UPS tracking or insured U.S. Mail to ensure proper delivery of your return.
5. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method, via check, or digital store credit.
We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Satisfaction Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee. We may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
